Carmen - "Devotio"

With frenzy of hands
touches your limbs, this morning the huge

mantle of the world that leads the parade of masks, fake
mute
I sanded, I have broken up, I
Publius Decius Mus,
your walls uncertainty besiege
draw water from the bellows
all the mana necessary
m'avventerò
your army of armed sprezzatura
handcuffed
suddenly die

we sacrifice to the dead of both

Low Cost Eye Exam Dallas Tx

Presidio for complying with the agreements made during the struggle via Imbonati

Tuesday, March 15, at 17 - in front of the Prefecture - Corso Monforte corner via Donizetti

We demand from the prefecture and the police headquarters in Milan on the agreements and the summoning of the table of negotiations agreed upon during the struggle Imbonati away.

SANATORIA FRAUD: The problem is not solved. For more than 50 thousand immigrants victims of the amnesty scam, was not found a solution yet and are likely to remain in hiding and into the clutches of illegal work. We ask for permission to waiting jobs for all immigrants who were cheated during the amnesty. We demand from the prefecture and the police headquarters in Milan on the agreements and the summoning of the table of negotiations agreed upon during the struggle Imbonati away. Meanwhile, the government has returned to run the lottery order flows.

WANT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE LIGHT OF THE SUN: In 2009, thousands of immigrant workers could not apply for amnesty because they were domestic workers or caregivers. For those who live in Italy there is no mechanism regularization. We call for legalization of immigrants already in Italy. Regularize these people would serve to remedy the deficiencies and tax contributions and reduce the exploitation of the black!

THE CRISIS WE ARE PAYING ALL, BUT FOR IMMIGRANTS is worse: an immigrant who remains without work can have a one-time permit for unemployment that lasts 6 months. If within six months can not find a job becomes irregular, even if you live in Italy for 20 years. For this reason we ask

  • the extension of validity of residence permits. The issue of citizenship remains unresolved and thousands of young people born or raised in Italy continue to be subject to a law that does not recognize their rights nor nationality.
  • Right to citizenship for those born or raised in Italy.
  • the repeal of Bossi-Fini law, in particular, the link between employment contract and residence permit ("residence contract");
  • to combat illegal employment and exploitation of workers migrants claim the application and the extension of Article 18 of the Consolidated immigration as protection for all workers who reported being forced to the irregularity of the black economy.
  • the repeal the crime of illegal immigration and the security package that measures are already outlawed because in contrast with the European directive on returns;
  • the abolition of the permit to stay in the points and the activation of measures, including economic measures to guarantee the right to study and learn Italian;
  • the closure of the CIE -
  • step the concept of jus sanguinis to jus soli as a milestone for the recognition of citizenship and a law that guarantees the exercise of full citizenship to those born and raised in Italy,
  • recognition of the right to choose where to live and establish their residence right all the more crucial in an era like the one we are experiencing in which we are all potential migrants;
  • an organic law and adequate for the protection of refugees and asylum seekers;

Why Do I Get Palpitations From Wine

Appeal: The rights are not cleared

clearance of 21 January in Milan
Over the past two years at Milan were made over 360 evictions of Roma and Sinti camps inhabited by involving hundreds of families from this time on the territory citizen. After each eviction

there is only the effect of ritual performance "clean" and met with community leaders about the statements of tons of garbage removed.

evictions are often carried out without prior notification and sometimes police officers are involved in significantly disproportionate numbers compared to the Roma people who want to remove, considerando anche l’alto numero di anziani e bambini presenti; gli sgomberi spesso sono attuati all’imbrunire o alle prime luci dell’alba ed anche in pieno inverno con avverse condizioni atmosferiche, molti sgomberi sono avvenuti sotto la pioggia o la neve; a seguito degli sgomberi le abitazioni e i pochi altri beni personali dei Rom sono arbitrariamente distrutti, spesso si tratta di oggetti di scarso valore economico che tuttavia per quelle famiglie rappresentano le uniche proprietà; la maggior parte delle persone sgomberate non riceve alcun tipo di offerta circa una sistemazione alternativa, e nelle rare occasioni in cui sono presenti i servizi sociali le soluzioni proposte prevedono lo smembramento delle famiglie o l’allontanamento dei children.
Due to continuous and repeated evictions many Roma children have been forced to stop schooling and precious bonds of friendship built with his teammates. The teachers and parents of some schools where Roma children were included, we have repeatedly mentioned as the continuing evictions violate the inalienable right to education. To attend school is the only chance for these children to think about a different future. Children who are denied the right to education children are also deprived of a right to know that we can live in a better way, deprived even of the right to dream a different life.

This practical choice by the Municipality of Milan there is intolerable, as it systematically violates the most elementary rights of adults and children enshrined in international conventions and by our Constitution: the right to housing, personal integrity, health, education, and the prohibition of discrimination.

In recent years, the bulldozers and evictions have not solved anything, in fact - with a great expenditure of public funds - have helped to make it even more difficult and tragic life of the Roma families, in particular of some hundreds of children, increasing their discomfort and their exclusion from the social fabric.

In fact, despite the massive funding received (€ 13,115,700.00 August 29, 2008, by the Fund for Urban Safety and protection of public order of the Ministry of Interior), measures of integration and social promotion was launched by the Municipality of Milan in against Roma camps is not regular.

The Court has recently ruled against the City of Milan for discriminatory behavior in relation to each other due to the non-allocation of the houses of Roma families Triboniano range, for the same reason, a group of 39 citizens complained to the Public Prosecutor of the Mayor Deputy Mayor Moratti and De Corato for repeated evictions of Roma camps, assuming the offense of abuse of office, interruption of public service (particularly with respect to compulsory schooling) and damage, with the aggravating circumstance of having done so for purposes of discrimination and racial and ethnic hatred.

In recent years in Milan but there are also those who chose to see these faces, these people, to build close relationships, to consider the new neighbors or new classmates. Sometimes after an eviction are lots unexpected chain of solidarity, which had also emphasized on the local and national media, but although these reactions are not important enough.
Some associations and groups as well as individual citizens, teachers and parents have built with the Roma families relationships based on trust, learning to overcome mutual suspicions and fears. Integration projects have been so live, work, school. These people have chosen to live it the role of active citizenship to build a city more livable and safer for everyone, because more welcoming a city capable of protecting the rights of all beyond the ethnic and cultural.

We are aware that those of inclusion and social security issues are delicate and not easy to deal with, but these experiences have taught us enough to recognize that the Roma and Sinti people, first of all with the same rights and duties of every inhabitant, old and new, of this city to pursue a new path.

ask the Mayor and Deputy Mayor Moratti De Corato to stop the illegal and inhumane treatment accorded to Roma and Sinti living in the municipal area.
We call the municipal administration of Milan put an immediate end to the practice of forced evictions.
demand that public resources are not wasted on more systematically demolish and destroy shacks and possessions, dreams and bonds, but are used to promote housing and real paths of integration work and projects that guarantee the right to education and health for all, including Roma and Sinti. We
that Roma and Sinti are recognized as subject to full, active partners of the projects that concern them

We call on the associations, union representatives, to the churches, religious denominations, men of culture, to health services, teachers , lawyers and all citizens who believe nell'inviolabilità of human and civil rights enshrined in our Constitution, to support and subscribe to our appeal.
